No, you do not need to create an account to shop or purchase with us. After your first purchase, the system will automatically create an account for you and send the username and password to your email.
If you’ve added something to your shopping bag, it will be reserved for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes it will be removed so other customers can buy it. You have to proceed to checkout before the given time frame to secure the slot.
You are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any assistance.
You only have to key in your address for the first check out. After which the system will store your address for future use.
Your discount/promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘DISCOUNT’ when checking out. Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply discount’.
As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any discount/promo code.
Postage, Return and Delivery
Unfortunately, instock and backorder items cannot be combined in a single parcel. If your order consists of both, it will be separated during checkout and we will mail the items separately.

We accept only Paypal and credit card payment. Unfortunately, ATM transfer and I-banking is no longer accepted.
During check-out, you will need to select one of the two payment options that Megagamie offers :

You could use your credit card or debit card to make payment. Remember to specify the invoice number.
There is a 2-hour time limit for you to make payment.
If payment is not made within the 2-hour deadline, your order would be automatically cancelled. You will be notified via an email when the order is cancelled.
All payments will be verified within 48 hours exclude weekends and Public holidays
Yes, you will receive an email once your parcel(s) had been mailed out.
Unfortunately, for normal mail there is no way we can track the items, hence we highly encourage you to opt for registered mail instead as we do not hold any responsibility for lost items mailed via normal mail.
For delivery within Singapore via standard courier, we charge $2.80 (flat rate)
For delivery within Singapore via express courier, we charge $4.50 (flat rate)
For International Shipping, we will always mail your item via registered mail, to ensure a secure delivery. We follow Singpost rate and the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee for you upon checkout.
Unfortunately you are not able to join the backorders anymore once it’s closed. But not to worry, once the stocks arrive we will release all the available slots under “Extra from backorders” tab.
Instock and backorder items will be mailed out separately, hence we are not able to combine the postage for instock and backorder.
Normally it will take 4-5 weeks to arrive once the backorder closed, but it may take longer during peak period. Rest assured all items will be mailed out straight away in batches once the stocks arrive.
